I started off as strictly a buyers agent.  We are now called Licensees or Realtors.  I then began bringing buyers to sellers via "For sale by owner".  I found that most sellers really do need a Realtor and began listing properties.

My favorite thing to do is new construction, and I have quite a few client's flipping properties.

I also have found a niche in property management.  I have clients that could not sell their home for what they felt it was worth and I have been putting tenants in them.  This has been working out very well.   Signature Alaska Real Estate  has a wonderful Property Management program.   Signature has all the state of the art accounting tools and modern conveniences to make it smooth for voth the owner and the tenants.  I have 3 wonderful boys, 2 dogs, a bird and a very supportive husband.
