I know that each of my client's - buyers and sellers alike, has different needs and expectations, and I work diligently to help each person and/or family I work with to achieve their unique goals - from helping relocation clients find their way in the lowcountry, to assisting native Charlestonians explore unknown areas.
Because at the end of the day, Charleston and the Lowcountry is a Place like no Other. A Place to Feed your Soul and Quiet your Senses. Come and Explore for Yourself. You may Find the Home you've been Missing.
I graduated from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT and I have a Masters Degree in Special Education from Columbia University. I had the pleasure of teaching in Connecticut for six years before beginning my marketing career which lasted for 25 years.
My husband Tom and I love living in the lowcountry where we have a lot of family because my Mother grew up in downtown Charleston, south of Broad. So I have two sisters and their families plus nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and lots of cousins. So when we moved here in 2007 it was just like coming home!
Since I've been in Charleston I've had the pleasure of working with buyers from all over the country and sellers who are eager to sell and those who are simply "testing the market."
The last few years have been challenging as we've watched interest rates drop along with housing prices. Many have been able to stay in their homes and some have had to sell while losing equity. My job as a Realtor is to successfully guide my sellers and buyers through the everchanging landscape that is today's world of Real Estate.
