While I have worked in most areas of real estate sales my 2 primary areas of the practice are re-sale both listing and selling and working with investors. I also am a licensed instructor. I teach pre-license classes for those trying to get their career started.
Prior to entering real estate I was licensed as a Music Therapist and worked with both inpatient care in mental health facilities as well as assisted living facilities I truely feel the challenges of that career prepared me to better understand the needs of my clients.
I am the spouse of a retired Army nurse. I moved with her for 12 of her 20 years. I well understand from that experience the trials and hardship that can come from deployment and having to change areas, friends, and employment.
I share my practice with a partner. Her name is Jamie George. Jamie has 30 years full time experience. Together we are known as the Dynamic Duo
Licensed July 28, 1988. I took the classes necessary to earn the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute. While I am no longer a member, at one point took the classes necessary to have the designation of Certified Realtor Specialist. I believe continuing education is an important part of providing quality service for my clients.
Anyone can go on the internet and find homes for sale. I see my role in 4 ways. I am there to educate so you can make wise decisions for yourself. I am there to keep you out of trouble from things like buying an overpriced house, a house needing hidden repair and obtaining costly financing. I am there to keep the wheels rolling as smoothly as possible from the contract to close. Finally I am there to make sure your needs are met in the best way possible.
On the listing side our role is to see that the property is appropriately priced. That it gets the maximum of exposure to the market place. We are there to see that you get the maximum amount of money in the shortest period of time, with the amount of stress.
