Carolyn Cherry has a unique combination of business savvy, passion for customers and for her adopted home of Amelia Island.  She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate world in the Amelia Island and Historic Fernandina Beach areas. Carolyn's roots go back to a New England childhood and a family with a deep fascination and love for houses.

Carolyn's corporate life took her around the country for 20+ years with a Fortune 50 firm, building expertise in marketing, advertising, distribution and finance.  Eventually, the desire to stop relocating and an eye for the "sweet life" led Carolyn to Amelia Island.  She built a home - and then applied her considerable skills and energy to the next chapter of her professional life - Real Estate.

Carolyn has been a well known and highly regarded fixture in the Amelia Island real estate community for over 12 years. Her background, broad experience and real estate expertise are an asset to a long list of loyal clients and to the growing community she supports and serves.
