Hi, I'm Therese Adams, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Realty Group One. I'm an accredited buyers representative (ABR), graduate realtor institute (GRI), and a certified USAA relocation specialist. I am also a graduate of the Floyd Wickman's Master Sales Professional. I specialize in residential real estate, new construction, and relocation. I've been a Realtor over 12 years, I have a banking background, and a degree in Marketing. In 2006, I closed over 70 transaction sides.
I service the Manhattan, Ogden, Wamego, Riley, & St. George areas.

I enjoy representing first time home buyers and walking them through the buying process and answering all questions they may have. This may include, but not be limited to, financing, negotiating terms, location, closing, and re-sale possibilities.
