As a real estate professional for over 13 years, Carline has seen the ups and downs and the cyclical nature of the industry. In 2005, she noticed that some agents were having their listings staged. The photos looked great in the MLS, and were a delight to show. They also seemed to sell faster.
In 2006, she continued her formal training through Home Staging Resource and received the professional designation as a Professional Home Stager and Re-designer. She immediately began staging her own listings, and soon other agents were hiring her to stage their listings.
