Being a real estate agent has opened my eyes to a whole new world. I can say that I honestly enjoy my job. Meeting new people and working with them and trying to find their dream home is great. I specialize in residential buying and selling. I offer "Talking House Radio." It's a service that only I have in this area. A great way to market your house besides MLS. You can drive up to my listings and listen to an overview of the house you are in front of right from your car radio. It's a great piece of technology. I also like for people to use them when selling "By Owner" It will allow them to use my marketing for a small fee without listing with us. In turn, if their house doesn't sell, I will reimburse them the cost of the rental for Talking House, if they list with me and it sells.
It is definitely a buyers market out there right now. Call me and I can give you all of the current new listings before they even come out in the book.
I know times are really tough out there right now. So many losing their homes. It just makes me so sad. With that being said, there are some great deals right now. Call me to hear what's out there? I would love to help.
