| Carrie and Dave were fantastic! We told them we would only be in the area for two days and told them what we were looking for. They came up with a list of great properties. Carrie drove us around for two days looking at properties. She was very well informed on every property and area we went to see. She was extremely patient and informative. Carrie and Dave we would like to thank you for your professional, efficient and courteous service at all times. For two days, Carrie patiently showed us several properties in different areas. On second day we decided and bought a property from new construction at Bella Pointe. They helped us with pre completion inspection, insurance, accountant and mortgage. | My wife and I had been renting in the Orlando area for 3 years. We decided to go look at houses to see if we could buy. I found Carrie and Dave online and they showed us a few houses. They really listened to what we wanted and they ended up bringing us to a New Home Development in Kissimmee. Wow are we glad they did. We built a new house and we could not be happier.
