Lina Carrera is a South Florida native since the age of 4. She was born in Bogota, Colombia and was raised in South Florida fluent in both Spanish & English. She grew up in Miami and post University worked professionally in real estate/marketing in Southwest Florida. She is one of the few "Bi-Coastal" real estate experts in the market making her a great partner to investors from all of the world. Lina is best known for her experience and business savvy spotting great deals and getting them closed. She is also at the pulse of the real estate market and specializes in assisting Sellers get top dollar by marketing strategically to get qualified buyers. Lina's professional experience is chronicled by a love of Advertising and Real Estate, with degrees in Advertising & Business Administration from the  University of Florida. Lina interned for Pulte Homes, a Fortune 150 company, where upon graduation, she was offered a position to lead their Marketing team. Lina managed the advertising, PR and marketing of over 12 communities in South Florida. Lina later was recruited to join the TV Broadcasting world selling TV commercials for ABC & NBC networks. Here, Lina further polished her negotiation skills and worked with a variety of top national and local businesses to achieve successful TV and Online campaigns. Lina started Carrera Consulting Group to help businesses and Clients better market their assets and to assist international buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market in South Florida.
