Carolynn Dittmann, based out of the Millbrook office began her real estate career over 30 years ago in Dallas, Texas.  Carolynn worked for a national real estate investment company and participated in the marketing and sale of portfolio assets and in the structuring of various types of financing packages.  Carolynn's experience in commercial real estate includes office and retail leasing, development and ownership of income-producing properties, sales and refurbishing of industrial and manufacturing buildings.  She has assisted in the transaction of all size leases ranging from locally owned companies to national tenants.  Carolynn also has extensive experience in residential transactions from working with first time home buyers to find their perfect "nest" to transactions involving high end homes on large parcels of property. Carolynn uses her professional training in interior design from the Design Institute in Newport Beach, California to work with clients to help them visual how make her clients dream home come true.  Carolynn is a member of the Multi Million Dollar Club.  Carolynn volunteers for Miles of Hope a foundation that helps women in the Hudson Valley suffering from breast cancer. She enjoys gardening, interior design, fashion and volunteering in the community.
