Get to Know Carol King
Having lived in Calvert for most of my adult life and raising my children here, I can assure you that I know So Md.
I retired from Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant after 17 years and obtained my real estate license prior to that. I've had my license now for almost 10 years and have seen quite a change in the market!
I look forward to assisting renters, landlords, buyers, sellers and investors and military personnel. Please give me a call when you have any real estate need.

I have done some work with commercial properties and land.
I'm also GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute)certified and graduated the Dale Carnegie Institute.

| Due to my relocation, I was forced to sell my house while I was out of state. Carol was able to handle all of the issues by contacting me electronically and resolving any local issues personally. Due to her involvement, I was saved any additional trips back to my old house and Carol was able to resolve all issues and save me from the normal frustrations of closing a home. She was a lifesaver! |

| We moved from out-of-state, so we needed someone with local knowledge. Carol was especially knowledgable about Calvert County. We backed out of our first contract, due to issues with the loan, and Carol was immediately available to find us another house, that was perfect for us. She was extremely helpful through the closing process, and recommended an excellent home inspector and title company. |

| I didn't give Carol five stars just to fill in the blocks. She truly is a fantastic person to work with. From the first phone call she was consistent in her communications with me and was VERY knowledgeable about the area and the process of home buying (I'm a first timer). She also displayed a great deal of empathy in working to help me find what I wanted instead of just what was out there. She even went so far as to send ME a thank you card after we closed and followed up a few days later to see if there was anything I needed. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work, patience and professionalism. |

| Carol assisted us with a short sale purchase in 2012. She was familiar with what to do with a short sale and followed up with many different people to ensure that the sale proceeded along in a timely manner. She was always available for questions and responded with answers in a timely manner. Our closing happened on time and without issue. Would definitely recommend her to others. |

| I was happy to work with Carol, both when I first moved to Calvert county and had to rent, and then when I bought my current home. Carol was one of the only agents that got back to me and was willing to show me rental places, even when not with her agency. She was also able to negotiate a better pet security deposit for my dog, from a landlord that at first did not want any pets, and then wanted a very high deposit. When I was looking to buy, she showed me many properties, some more than once, as I was choosy about my first home. |
