I've been in the Real Estate Sales Business since 1980 and have worked with all manner of Buyers and Sellers during my career ... from old single wide mobile homes in parks to commercial malls and grocery stores. I enjoy working with First Time Home Buyers ... it's a pleasure to be able to hand a set of keys to a Buyer when you know it's generally a move up for them. Lately it's been handling a lot of Sellers in distress with Short Sales, but that can be rewarding, too, when you can save them from a foreclosure. About 3 years ago my son, Kurt, became a Real Estate Agent and we now work together for the most part. Kurt handles the field work and I handle the contracts, the listings and the on-going paperwork of the business. This frees Kurt up to work with more Buyers and Sellers in the field and not have to worry if the details of this business are getting lost in the shuffle. We work hard to make sure that nothings slips between the cracks.
