In November of 1999, I moved to Whatcom County after living my whole life in Hawaii. I found a new home in the friendly, family-centered community of Ferndale with people who would inspire me to begin a career as a Realtor.

In Honolulu, I spent twenty years as a member of the Screen Actors Guild working on the sets of Hawaii Five-O, Magnum PI, and many other television shows and commercials. Believe-it-or-not, many of the skills I learned as an actor have been tremendously valuable in the role of Realtor. As an actor, I learned the importance of diligent preparation. As a Realtor I practice the same vigilance in gathering data for listing presentations and helping Sellers stage their homes for sale. When I work with Buyers, I make sure they are well-informed about all homes on the market that fit their goals and desires.

Market shifts have occured several times in the last 20 years and each time I've made it my job to guide Buyers and Sellers towards making the best real estate decisions. 

My business has moved into a world of digital communications and  marketing, sophisticated search engines, and social networking. And yet, in the midst of these changes I remain convinced that this business is still about relationships, hard work and caring about my clients¹ goals.
