Hi, I’m Carin, real estate server and advocate.
After graduating from California State University, Fullerton in 2006, with an American Studies degree in hand, and taking care of my dad-in-law’s dementia for a number of years, I decided to start my own business in real estate. Though a fragmented way to travel, I’m happy I chose to take several forks in the road along the way. Deciding on what to do with one’s life is challenging for those who are born with a never-ending and insatiable sense of curiosity, yet it can happen. It did for me and I love helping people.
I specialize in residential housing in the city of Orange and surrounding areas including Tustin and Santa Ana. My niche is working with Seniors and their families. When one has lived in a home for 30+ years, the thought of moving can feel overwhelming and daunting. What I provide my senior clients' with is, foremost, a thoughtful listener. Attentive listening is key in understanding anyone. It is then when trust begins to evolve. It is not my role to tell what they should do, rather offer consultation. I always put a clients' needs before my own. Always.

I am an advocate, not a "salesperson." I do not brand myself, I share what I do, basing my business on working with my clients today, rather than prospect for ones I hope to have tomorrow. I am a life-long learner. As a trusted adviser and consultant, my most important role is educating you, buyer or seller, about what happens during the process of each transaction. Education is the biggest component of what I do; you hire me to assist you in making well-informed decisions by working with you, not against. I will treat you with respect. I will (hopefully) make you laugh. Ultimately, final decision is yours.

For sellers, just a few clicks of a mouse, and they too, are able to research their competition and explore their options. For agents, technology embodies all that we do online; research neighborhoods, schools, listings, prices, comparable marketing analysis', sharing ideas, thoughts, and experiences through blogging. Cyberspace reigns, teaches, connects us to one another. Yet.......
