I was first licensed in Maryland in April 1987 and began working full time in the areas of commercial and land development. I moved to Farmville, Virginia in 1992 and continued my full time real estate career moving into farms, homes, land and investment properties as well as the commercial and land development areas. In 1997 RE/MAX Advantage Plus was created where I am the Principal Broker and the sole Owner. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and in 2008, I received my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation to be able to enhance my ability to help sellers sell their properties. My market strategy is maximum exposure. I market to both real estate agents and potential buyers. I am a member of South Central MLS, CVRMLS (Richmond), CAAR MLS (Charlottesville) and LAR MLS (Lynchburg) as well as a premium member of LoopNet, Co-Star and Catylist.
