I am managing partner of Candlelight Ventures LLC, a Washington, DC based, real estate investment company. We specialize in finding non-performing notes all over the country both on residential and commercial properties. We work with a select investors to purchase these notes and employ a variety of different strategies to maximize performance within our own portfolio. In some cases, we will also partner locally to take down real estate projects through wholesale, private lending and rehabbing.
