Listing and selling residential real estate in since 2004.  In response to the growing distress market in 2011 I completed my CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) I also hold the National Association of Realtors' SFR designation (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and the CHRE designation (Certified Home Rescue Expert) from the Home Rescue Institute.  If there is a way to increase my skill and knowledge for the benefit of my clients, I will always spend the extra time and effort to do so. Also, I am a certified e-PRO,  a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).  I feel strongly that a commitment to continuing education (over and above what is required) is what prepares me to lead by example with confidence, thereby better serving my clients. After all, behind every name on a contract is a person living a life!
