I am in the top 6% of realtors nationwide who hold the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). After 11 years of experience as a realtor, I opened Carol Clark Realty Group LLC in March, 2006. 

I am committed to NO PRESSURE innovative real estate.  I embrace modern technology to the fullest but also realize that there is no substitute for a patient, understanding and knowledgeable real estate professional to be in complete control of a real estate transaction and to make sure the best interest of the client is ALWAYS the No. 1 priority.

I am a very fortunate real estate broker, here in Tallahassee, Florida,  who has had the priviledge to work with and guide many fantastic people thru a successful real estate transaction(s).  My business is based primarily on repeat and referral customers.  From comments that I receive, my customers are appreciative of my patience, knowledge of the properties for sale and the area in which they are located, and my genuine respect and appreciation for each customer and their unique situation.  I sometimes have to work with customers for a long extended period until just the right home becomes available.  I don't leave them after 3 showings, but rather, stick with them.    For the most part, I have found that in my twelve years of real estate experience, loyalty and committment are two-fold.  I Love My Profession and I think it shows!

Hello. I am Carol Clark with Carol Clark Realty Group.  I opened my brokerage company in March, 2006.  We specialize in residential , investment, and land sales here in Tallahassee, Florida and surrounding counties.  The counties we cover are Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla, and Jefferson.      We have also begun to list coastal properties as we are only a short distance from the coast.  Carol CLark Realty Group LLC is proud to offer  "No Pressure" innovative real estate where our customer is ALWAYS our No. 1 priority.

FOR BUYERS:  I have many buyers with very specific needs to whom I am committed to finding just the right home.  Since the market began to slow down,  I have begun to find a home for this group of buyers.  The market slowdown has (although the bubble burst has not occurred here)  has and I believe will continue to allow these buyers to find their dream home at a price they can now afford,  some of whom were priced out of the market prior to the market change. 

I'm often asked if this is a good time to buy.  I err on the side of caution and say that now is a good time to buy because no one can say what the interest rates will be like in the future.  We are fortunate that the rates have remained low.  Many buyers are concerned with potential subprime foreclosures and the flood of homes that might come up for sale, thus, reducing the market price of all homes for sale.   It is encouraging that many large companies are adding additional sections to their existing company to help these overextended mortgage holders.  As well, the news reported recently that FHA is working diligently to aid these subprime buyers who are struggling to hold on to their homes.  This is all very encouraging news for the real estate market.

FOR SELLERS:   I am working diligently and with creativity to sell the homes of Sellers who have entrusted me to sell their home for the best possible price in our changing market.  We are faced with additional challenges that require more than just an open house or an ad in the paper to sell our properties.  However, I firmly believe, as often evidenced, if a home is in great condition and is priced within the new market range, it will sell quickly.  I have witnessed multiples offers on two properties recently.  The first property had been completely remodelled and the 2nd property needed a lot of updating but was in good condition otherwise, and had a beautiful lawn.  Both were in great locations.

 In summary, I find that our customers are amazed at our patience and committment.  We appreciate their loyalty!
