| John was on spot for us through buying and selling our houses!!! He was always available for us and he was great with our kiddos. He also was very helpful in finding a lender that had unique programs.. I recommended him to my old neighbors and they used him to sell......and they sold QUICKLY like we did!!!!!!!!! There are many agents out there, but they are all NOT equal................It takes a patient ,knowledgeable and seasoned agent to get the most for you. |

| We have had too many bad experiences in the past with different agents & Real Estate compaines & therefore were very much skeptical when we listed our home. However, John Cox has restored our trust in Real Estate agents & wish we would have known John Cox many years ago. There are not many agents like him in this day & age. John showed his knowledge, expertise, responsiveness & most of all his negotiation skills without being a push-over, agressive or a hunger for his commission. 20 thumbs up & cheers to John H Cox!!!!! |

| John did an outstanding job helping us purchase our first home! As first time home buyers we were somewhat intimidated by the whole process, however, John was very helpful and patient with us. He was always there to answer our questions and provided us with the step by step process of buying a short sale. He was always willing to go the extra mile and numerous times met with us at the spur of the moment to look at newly listed homes. He even went above and beyond to help us out when our lender was not doing their job! If it wasn't for all the work John put in we might still be looking for our first home. So to put it simply John is a very knowledgeable, honest, and caring individual that I would highly recommended to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Phoenix area. We will definitely be giving John a call again when we are looking to sell or buy our next home. |
