I have been a realtor since 1990. While I love the new technology that is offered in real estate, I am convinced more everyday that the personal aspect is now, and always will be, a very important part in all home transactions. When I work with a first time buyer, if there is family in the picture I will meet with them before we negotiate an offer and assure them that their relatives best interest is in my mind. If I don't think buyers are making good, sound decisions, while not telling them what to do, I will share my expertise with them to explain that it might not be the best. The same integrity applies when working with very seniors. I don't want their families to feel they would be taken advantage of. In other words, I treat your family the way I would want you to treat my family. Of course there is alot of fun and bonding that goes on with those in-between sales too. As I said, I love the technology and use it everyday. If you as the customer or client need to be emailed, or recieve a text message from me as your preferred communication, that's what you will recieve. It is "All about you". While many realtors will tell you that they are in the business of selling homes, I contend that I am in a people business, and those people are buying homes.
