Real estate has always been in my family blood. My father created and developed several subdivisions and commercial projects here in Bloomington. I have even ran heavy equipment for him in the area that is now known as The Boulders at Deer Park.

My true love of real estate stems from running around town with my mom and grandmother, looking at all the gorgeous homes around campus, the old farms in the countryside and wondering what they all looked like on the inside. I guess curiosity got the best of me when I got my real estate license in 2003. Nine years and counting I have thoroughly enjoyed my job. It never gets old, meeting new people and confronting challenges real estate can bring.

I create marketing materials from the ground up with my own marketing department. I am knowledgeable in web design and search engine optimization to get buyers to my website. I pay for advertising on major chain real estate websites to give my sellers better return on their investment. I use specialized software to create large full screen visual tours that export to several websites that offer buyer lead capture features to get a better read on how buyers perceive your property.

I engage in online social media and have closed several transactions because of my persistent use of facebook. I educate first time homebuyers through online seminars, work with builders on new construction and subdivision projects, give market data to rental investors so they can choose a property that best fits their ROI, and work with a national relocation network to help clients move across country. My office is the only office in Bloomington open seven days a week. I am a full time professional, which keeps me in the loop of the current market activity.
