Certifications
My market area is Southern Dallas, and Northern Ellis counties. This includes the cities of Lancaster, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Midlothian, Ovilla, Glenn Heights, Red Oak, and Waxahachie. While I sell outside this area, my main expertise is here. I have called this area home, for most of my lives.
Very few agents know this market as well as I do. I take the time to study it, so that I can help my clients make the right decision when it come to real estate . My marketing plan is based on the knowledge I have about this area, whether it be a property with land or in one of our great neighborhoods.
