Byron Underwood is the Sales Manager of Weichert, Realtors - Wayne Murray Properties Riverstone office, the main office of the company's multi-office company. Byron's management skills and focused leadership delivered over 15 million dollars in sales in the office's first year. Along with his duties as Sales Manager, Byron doubles as the company's Director of Training successfully delivering Weichert Realtors' Fast Tack program and encouraging agents to implement the extremely successful Weichert systems. As recently as 2007 Byron worked as a Regional Trainer for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. He also successfully presented for Champions School of Real Estate in Texas. Byron is certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission as an Instructor. Byron hopes to continue to recruit, educate, coach, and motivate new agents to achieve levels of success in real estate beyond their expectations while encouraging and re-focusing veteran agents to continue to grow their real estate business.Byron Underwood also had a successful career in selling real estate and still works by referral in the greater Houston area.
