Having lived full time in Highlands since 1986, I am intimately familiar with Highlands and the surrounding area.

My best advice for potential buyers: Make sure you are dealing with a full time LOCAL real estate agent. There are plenty of agents available that represent themselves as being knowledgeable of our specialized area that are simply... not.
From competitive to collaborative, my negotiating skills are some of the best around - just ask the competition!
