| To Whom it may concern, We are writing to share with you the wonderful home selling and buying experience we had while working with Giuseppe Hernandez. Selling our Townhome: Before finding Giuseppe we tried a realtor who tried selling our townhouse for 6 months with no success, not even any serious offers. Looking back it was waste of time and effort. Then Giuseppe stepped in and turned things around. He was patient with us and explained the buying seasons and the best times to sell and at what price. He showed us comparable homes so we sold at the right price. He also showed us homes in our buying range since we were looking to buy after selling so that we would have a better idea of what homes were out there. Giuseppe’s professionalism, knowledge of the business , knowledge of the area and ability to explain the process in layman’s terms made the selling of or townhouse a success. Giuseppe shows great patience in explaining the process, a handle on the business and is able to balance a very hectic schedule to meet your needs when it comes to answering questions, reviewing paperwork and or viewing homes. Giuseppe always showed up on time or early and always made special arrangements to meet us even after he’d worked an entire day shift. Giuseppe was able to help negotiate us selling our townhome and being able to rent it back since we were still in the process of finding a new home. With a newborn baby, this was a great idea on Giuseppe’s parts and it made our situation more comfortable. Buying our home: Giuseppe provided the best experience with buying our new home. This was my first home purchase and my wife’s second. We gave Giuseppe a very specific list of things we were looking for in the home we wanted. We looked at over 40 homes. Throughout it Giuseppe stayed patient with us and made it happen. Keep in mind while we were looking for a home we had overlap with renting our townhouse back from the new owner and then renting a friends house after that and not to mention our newborn daughter. I can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate everything Giuseppe was able to do for us in selling our Townhome and finding and buying our new home. We wanted a forever home and he founds us just that. And now we have a newborn son along with our daughter that we love raising in our new home and can’t wait to fill with new family memories. | This letter is in regards to my business relationship with Giuseppe Hernandez. I met Giuseppe approximately three years ago. My husband and I were searching for a home. It was quite a task as the economy is bad and we have a condo we had to hold onto, but desperately wanted to move to a larger house to accommodate our growing family. Giuseppe tirelessly worked for us for close to two years, two years of driving us around, answering my emails with insight and intelligence, responding to me in a prompt and efficient manner, always staying professional, and most important had only our best interest at heart. I had a previous experience with another realtor and was very leery to get involved with another one, but I would recommend Giuseppe to anyone. He never put his interest first, never showed us a property out of our range, was constantly on top of all the paperwork, and would meet with us at any time we requested. Was always ready and willing to help explain or go over paperwork no matter how long it took. | I recently purchased a house last February. I used Giuseppe as my realtor. I whole heartily recommend Giuseppe Hernandez to anyone purchasing a house. In fact I have recommended him to people and they all have thanked me after working with him. Giuseppe is always on time. He is extremely professional. He has considerable knowledge on real estate.This showed when asking questions to the listing agent I never thought to ask, or pointing out features and disadvantages of the property.Giuseppe accounted for every detail of my transaction; always informing me what to expect. He protected me from liabilities. Giuseppe successfully negotiated the contract to my house. A week before closing the owner's listing agent informed us that the owner would not be able to close on the agreed date of the contract. Giuseppe reacting very quickly in using a few methods to put pressure on the listing agent and the owner in order to get the deal closed on the original date. If it was not fur Giuseppe closing would have surely been delayed. the listing agent was very relax and unprofessional but Giuseppe was able to pick up their slack and get the deal done. In closing Giuseppe was extremely knowledgeable about the area and purchasing/selling process, took me to every house I wanted to see around my schedule, aggressively pursued the houses I was interested in, and always held my best interest first. |
