The Principals of Nationwide Tax Liens have been investing in real estate for over ten years combined. Nationwide Tax Liens was formed as a way to take advantage of the benefits of investing in tax liens as a larger more powerful force. In doing this our clients investments are not only safer but grow at a higher interest rate than the straight 10 percent alone. This works because we have more purchasing power, spreading any potential risks and gains over a large consortium. For example, our last bundle held over 2,000 liens. 2 percent of these liens generally will end up in foreclosure. Thus, approximately 40 homes went through the foreclosure process. After these properties were sold off we shared the profits with ALL of our investors. To do this on an individual basis it would mean purchasing over 100 liens for the probability of getting back one property. Nationwide intends to continue to grow our list of investors and increase our earning potential.
