Get to know Gregg Tepper

I started in real estate as a residential investor. I decided to get my license because I wanted the fresh information, the hot leads as homes came on the market and as prices changed. Little did I know that 2 years later I would feel the call to help other people buy or sell their home, so here I am and I can proudly say that I am having a lot of fun.

It certainly isn't easy. However, I get a lot of satisfaction helping families and individuals buy or sell that home. Usually, people will spend more on a home than anything else, and most people truly need help making that puchase or finding that buyer. There can be a tremendous amount of stress during the buying and selling process. As a realtor I relieve my clients of much of that burden. The journey is not complete yet either.

I have an experienced commercial agent showing me the ins and outs of commercial investing & leasing. It is a whole diffrent ballgame, and one that I am happy to expericence.

I have developed a team of professionals that can help with every step of the buying and selling process.

Some people excel at covering a small area or subdivision. Others may focus on a particular city or town. I am one of those who can handle larger areas. I am comfortable in any area of Saint Tammany Parish, and as an agent of Prudential Gardner I have access to all the resources in any Prudential Gardner office.

My greatest focus right now is helping families and individuals buy or sell their home. I do keep an eye on residential investments as well whether they are multi-family of potential "flips."

As a buyer's agent I establish profiles and automatic e-mail updates for homes that match your criteria. I have a team of professionals that help process paperwork as well as coordinate financing, inspections, appraisals, and the act of sale. My clients can use as much or as little of the available resources as they desire.

Selling a home is the other half of the equation. I look at the prospect of selling your home as an investment. First, is your home sellable? Are you considering a reasonable asking price? Are you willing to take advice and perhaps make some minor improvements? (I have turned down listings before). If the answer is yes, then I will invest my time and money into selling your home. Remember, it is in my best interest to sell your home, since I do not profit off of my investment of time and money until I do, and since most of my business comes from referrals, it is important that I serve you properly.

I have renovated homes and I am also a landlord. I have learned many difficult lessons and I am more than happy to help those interested in this lucrative area to navigate potential minefields and learn from my experience.
