Dedicated to the needs of homebuyers, my office was opened in 1997 to help the growing number of buyers that were being misled in the home search and purchase process. Dual Agency was becoming accepted as not only the norm, but the ultimate desire of large real estate firms. In essence, the more buyers who were convinced that an agent could represent both the buyer and seller in the same transaction, the more money the larger real estate firms earned. Good for them, but bad for consumers.

As the Broker, with over 15 years of experience, I have successfully negotiated the purchases of hundreds of homes, have achieved the coveted Accredited Buyer's Representative designation offered by the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council, served on and chaired our local Ethics Committee, and currently the Pacific Region Director for the National Association of Exclusive Buyer's Agents (NAEBA) representing Realtors from Washington, California, Nevada, Oregon, Hawaii, Australia and Puerto Vallarta.
