I have owned 4 real estate brokerages over the past 25 years. I was a Certified Buyer's Agent when Buyers' Agency was first introduced. I held dual Brokers licenses in NYS and SC, became an Acredited Buyers Representative and an e-Pro. I have owned Aiken Homes Realty Buyer's Agency since 2002 and was President of the Aiken Board of REALTORS in 2006. I have served on the Grievance and Education Commitees.
I was a full service real estate agent for 21 years before discovering exclusive buyer agency. I understand and have respect for all the difficulties involved in representing sellers and maintaining a listing, so, my buyers clients are credit qualified and ready, willing and able before we start showings. We help buyers get ready and when we find a group of possible buys, we negotiate like professionals.
We help buyers find whatever they want. We have a track record of helping buyers purchase motels, hardware stores, marinas, all sorts of residential places, and even an airplane hangar. We also represent investors from all over the country.
As exclusive buyer agents, we send referrals to seller agents locally and buyer referrals to out of state buyer's agents.
