The Butters Team specializes in assisting First Time Home Buyers by thoroughly educating them at the start and throughout the process. Our buyers are some of the most educated clients because our motivation is NOT to make commission, but to help the consumer purchase the BIGGEST INVESTMENT of their lives.  We take care not to pressure our buyers with their purchase and have often spent two years with a client until they find the home of their dreams. Our clients are very happy with our service and refer their friends and families to us.  Additionally, our past clients often come back to make their next purchase or sale with us.

We also are Certified Distressed Property Experts, assisting homeowners who are undergoing financial difficulties who may be have trouble paying their mortgage or are in the process of being foreclosed upon.  We believe that education empowers the consumer and that a distressed homeowner does not have to pay for this service, thus our consultation to the consumer is free of charge and completely confidential. In fact, not only have we saved homes from foreclosure, we have advised clients and advocated for them to their bank to explore alternatives to foreclosure. Although these situation did not result in a sale (and thus commission to us), it helped our neighbors and perhaps one day they will call upon us--or make a referral--for their future real estate needs.
