I work with both buyers and sellers, giving me a balanced view of the market and a strong platform for negotiation.  Over the years, I have helped both first-time and move-up buyers, new and experienced investors.  My own experience in relocating from out-of-state has also given me a special affection for and understanding of the needs and concerns of relocating buyers and sellers.

Geographically, I specialize in the neighborhoods of West Contra Costa, including El Cerrito and the Richmond Hills, popular starter neighborhoods like North and East Richmond, and the suburban communities such as El Sobrante, Pinole, Hercules, and Rodeo.  I also have extensive experience in the neighboring communities of Berkeley, Albany, and Oakland.
