Make it green.  

Most green retrofits are motivated by higher property values.  The benefits however,  go well beyond the bottom line. Part of my job as a full time broker is to give back to the community in which I live and to help people make good economic decisions about their home. So…even though you aren’t buying or selling right now please call me to talk with you before you start painting or before the winter cold sets in.
