An example of representing our sellers is to advise our sellers that as long as they net what they would like to net, they should be aggressive and make offers to the buyers first, who said that a seller has to wait for a buyer to make the offer. Think out of the box!!
When representing our buyers, we believe that we should put a face to the offers that are written and we should present the offers in person to the sellers as long as the sellers agent doesn't object. Buying and selling are emotional and the better that we can understand each of the positions the more families we can help.
