I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado for over 18 years, I am a Certified Negotiation Expert as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. I have a long history of successful closings in all areas of Real Estate working with buyers, sellers, and distressed property clients. I have been a Short Sale Specialist since November 2004. I have a proven track record of helping troubled home owners in Colorado avoid foreclosure with over 200 successfully negotiated and closed short sales. My team and I employ Expert Short Sale Strategies on equity deficient properties, and have a proven system to help prevent foreclosure.
I have successfully negotiated transactions with one or two lenders involved. I hold the Certified Distressed Property Expert and Certified Negotiation Expert Designations.
It is our goal to help guide homeowners in distress through the maze of unknowns in the Short Sale process as unscathed as possible, and put them on the road to financial recovery by avoiding a devastating foreclosure.
Homeowners do not pay for our services. Our fees are paid out of the lender’s proceeds of the transaction. We do not get paid unless we successfully negotiate and close the transaction to our clients’ satisfaction.
