Get to Know Alan Brown
Since 2021 I am a Realtor in the Orlando metro area of Florida with Coldwell Banker Realty. I mainly serve the Cities of Davenport, Kissimmee, Haines City and Winter Garden
I was born and raised in Plymouth England. I served 10 years in the Royal Air Force as weapons technician. I spent many years travelling around europe and the US while in the Air Force.
I have been listing and selling real estate since 1990. I have closed over 1200 transactions during that time. I was voted salesperson of the year in 2003 by the members of the Montrose Association of Realtors.
Every Thursday morning from 1994 to 2010 I ran the Montrose Multiple Listing Service weekly meetings.
I love to play golf, I am an avid soccer fan of the English Premier league. In my youthful days I played in some highly competive teams and leagues in England. My wonderful is wife Bobbi . We have 4 grown children and 7 grand childrenI love what I do it's the next best thing to playing sports for a living.
I have been Voted " Best Realtor in the Area" by the readers of the Montrose Daily Press Newspaper last 2 years in a row. 2010 & 2011

| I live in California and wanted to sell my rental house in Montrose Colorado. Because of the circumstances I was not able to oversee any of the vast repairs to the house after many years of it being a rental When it was time to begin the repairs every contractor that I called was tied up. Alan was able to find a contractor for me who did an excellent job. After the repairs were completed Alan Brown listed the house and it sold a short time later. I was very satisfied with the service that Alan provided. |
