Get to Know Brittany Lear
I was born and raised in Hartsville, SC, which is a small town about two hours away from Myrtle Beach, SC. I enjoy boating, sunning, reading and playing with the children in my family. I am new to this business and quite excited about it. Although I am just getting a chance to really get my name out there, I am under a broker with other 25 years of experience. I look forward to helping people find the perfect home or maybe even office space for a business venture. Whatever the need, I will be happy to fulfill it.
Certifications
Currently I am working to develop an expertise. I love all real estate, but I must say that I am most fond of historical properties. The architectural details in an older home are amazing in every way. Although I do believe that new constructions have merit as well, I would really love to work with buyers and seller who appreciate and would respect historical homes.
