Get to Know Brian Riesenberg
I have lived in southern California for over 10 years, having moved to Winchester in 2007. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Wisconsin and earned my bachelor degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
Previously holding positions in outside sales and the finance industry gave me necessary tools for success in real estate. But something was missing, so while working professionally and obtaining my real estate license I decided my career path was pointing me towards real estate. I've been actively involved in real estate for over five years and love the industry and the challenges more each day.
I am married to Laura who is a native of Indonesia. She is a branch manager for Chase Bank. We have a five-year-old daughter, Lana who never ceases to amaze me. We also have another girl on the way!
WHY REAL ESTATE?
I work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of a very important and complicated process. I work to share my expertise with each client to make the home buying or selling process as painless as possible.
When a client decides to purchase a home in the area, I enjoy guiding them through such an important and exciting process, whether it is a first time buyer or a veteran home owner. When it comes time to relocate out of the area or move to a different home across town, I look forward to helping my clients get top dollar for their homes, while also working to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly and expeditiously.
