As an agent who has a background in mortgage lending and real estate investing myself, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the Greater Phoenix area. Prior to becoming a full time agent I was a Branch Manager for a few of the top mortgage banker/brokers here in Arizona. Additionally, I have personally invested in Arizona real estate ranging from raw land investments to residential rental and more recently residential fix and flips purchased as distressed sales, completely renovated and resold as turn key properties to owner occupants and fellow investors for top dollar. Established Real Estate Investor-"Fix and Flips"

I am an investor myself and currently flip homes in Phoenix.  Over the last 2 years, I have developed a system for acquiring distressed properties, remodeling them and then reselling them to the end user for a profit.  We buy single family residences from Trustee Sales (foreclosure auctions), Short Sales (pre-foreclosures from private owners) and REO properties (homes that banks sell after foreclosing on them).  This is done with company money and with investor money in the company who in return receive a guaranteed rate of return, usually 10-12% annually.  We will repair and remodel them bringing them up to and above current market standards.  Our homes sell for top dollar and sell very quickly due to the high quality fininshed product we bring the end user.

CSSPE=Certified Short Sale Property Expert

With this training I am equipped to handle short sale transactions with the upmost efficiency and professionalism.  This only benefits my clients, making the best of a very tough situation.

CNE=Certified Negotiation Expert

This training has afforded me and my clients to achieve outstanding results whether buying or selling.  My clients will tell you that they feel they ended up getting a better deal than they expected going into the transaction.  I owe that to this training and the negotiation techniques that are now second nature to me.
