I am very passionate about uniting neighbors. For the past seven years to present day, I work with neighborhoods throughout the Hampton Roads region helping neighborhood leaders coordinate events and assist them with advocacy efforts to create positive change within their borders.
Therefore, I am one of a few Real Estate Agents that possess this level of intimate knowledge of many of these neighborhoods, and the local leaders that keep their neighborhoods vibrant and healthy. Real estate agents and buyers are familiar with the saying, "It's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!" So, if you are not familiar with the current leadership of a particular neighborhood (either a HOA or civic league), I can most likely help connect your client so they will have at their disposal an invaluable resource.
I specialize in the resale market in Virginia Beach. However, I am familiar with many neighborhoods throughout our region. As an agent who grew up in this everchanging area locally known as Hampton Roads (including the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc.), I have intimate knowledge of local events, sporting venues, prime shopping areas, and family oriented festivals.
I am very politically engaged in the local market and have my ear to the rail listening for news that comes down the track that may affect property values and other important issues that might impact everyday life here in Hampton Roads.
