I entered the commercial real estate profession in 1984 as an agent for a boutique company, Dameron Properties out of Arlington Texas selling land and income producing properties. After the bust, I went back to the high technology field working for IBM, EDS and the Risk management arm of Arthur Andersen where I was a Principal.
I re-entered the real estate profession in 2003. I have an Associate Brokers license and work in Commercial Real Estate. I am pursuing my CCIM designation and I am an active member in the local chapter. I have completed many commercial real estate classes and have earned my CCSS designation (Certified Commercial Sales Specialist) from Commercial Real Estate Institute.
My formal education includes a BA in Economics from Hunter College, University of the City of New York and Graduate Certificates from SMU in marketing and in finance.
I specialize in Surprise but cover most West Valley and Northwest Valley cities, towns and unincorporated areas. The Surprise planning area is 320 Sq. miles and because I also serve on the City of Surprise's Planning & Zoning Commission, I am quite knowledgeable in the area.
I mainly work with investment sales representing both buyers and sellers. In addition, I do tenant representation for retail, office or industrial leasing.
I am a Commerical Real Estate broker specializing in investment sale (income producing properties) and tenant representation in the Northwest Valley. I am also a Commissioner for the P&Z in Surprise.
