One of the things I really enjoy and specialize in is first time home buyers. There is nothing quite like being a part of that first experience with somebody to achieve that dream of home ownership. I remember when my husband and I bought our first home and how excited we were. I don't take it lightly because I know how important it is and how emotional it can be. I also specialize in new home construction. I have worked with numerous Houston New Home Builders and am very knowledgeable in this area and know which builders are offering such fantastic incentives. These days, new homes are just as competitive as resales. There is so much inventory to pick from and so many exciting deals out there with new homes. Besides, what is more exciting than pulling up to a shiny brand new sparkling home built just for you? Having representation, I can negotiate the best deal for you with the builder as I have great experience in doing so. You see...builders want sales and they want buyers....Realtors bring them buyers. They know if the Realtor is pleased, they will bring more buyers which in turn means more sales for the builder. That's why in a lot of cases the builder negotiates more directly with a Realtor, than just a buyer alone. Also remember, new home sales people work for the builder, I as your Realtor, work for you. I can't tell you how many situations, a builder has told my buyer one thing, and me another. I can't stress enough how important it is to have representation working for you!
