Hello, my name is Brad H. Spencer. I have been a licensed NC Asbestos Inspector for over 28 years. I work with individuals, fire departments and local city governments servicing their asbestos inspection needs. I service all areas in the Central and Western North Carolina region.
I am available for commercial asbestos testing in all regions of North Carolina. I am also a licensed home inspector. In this service, I offer radon, water and mold testing if the client so desires. In addition, I am a licensed residential and commercial contractor with many years of construction experience. I take pride in offering quality services at reasonable rates.
