Billy is a licensed broker and has been in the real estate business since 2004. He specializes in residential sales and leasing in the New Orleans metropolitan area, having received the NOMAR Gold Award each year from 2007 through 2011. He has earned the CRS designation, which is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in residential sales. Billy also holds a CLHMS designation, given to those performing in the top ten percent of their market and successfully demonstrating expertise in the luxury homes and estates market. He has been involved in real estate sales in Miami as an agent for Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell realtors, one of the largest real estate companies in South Florida.
A native of New Orleans, he is a graduate of Holy Cross High School and holds a business management/finance degree from the University of New Orleans. Billy also has a degree in culinary arts. Prior to getting involved in the real estate business, he used his culinary arts background to sell wine to local restaurants and retailers throughout the city.
Billy currently lives in Old Metairie and enjoys spending time with his family and cooking. He is an avid runner and cyclist. He is married to Leticia Borrouso and the father of two daughters.
