I specialize in waterfront property. Gulf access homes, lots and condos in Cape Coral and surrounding communities. Cape Coral is located across the Caloosahatchee River from Fort Myers about a 2 hour drive west of Miami, 2 hours south of Tampa, and about 3 hours from Orlando.
Cape Coral is home to 400 miles of canals, a waterfront wonderland where everyday people can have a home on the water. Many even have their own dock and access to the Gulf of Mexico by boat.
