| After attempting a short sale with several other local area realtors that were supposed to be short sale specialists and them not having the drive, knowledge and connections which resulted in them failing to close multiple deals I performed a search for Short Sale/Foreclosure Professionals around the Pensacola Area. I contacted several realtors and left messages. Needless to say Mr. Hanley was the only agent to answer and he answered quickly. Every question I had he answered, and he put me at ease that our need was now in the hands of someone who can and will get the job done. Am I ever glad he answered. From the get go he was easy to work with. His communication skills, persistence, connections, knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He was by far the answer to my family's prayers and worked tirelessly to make sure we were kept in the loop in what was going on with the sale of our home. He got the job done, established solid lines of communication that were easy to follow and understand, was easy to get a hold of throughout the whole process, and most importantly he didn't give up. We are in North Carolina and our home was in Pensacola so all his qualities and skills were necessary for us to do everything (remotely). To anyone who is dealing with trying to short sale their home I highly recommend Mr. Hanley. He saved us and now we can move on with our lives without that ominous cloud looming overhead. | I am extremely satisfied with your assistance. I only had to meet with you personally one time, on the initial visit. Everything else was completed and/or discussed via email or text; I didn't even have to talk to you on the phone. You made it soooo easy. I paid no money to anyone; I had to research absolutely nothing, and you provided information to me at my convenience. I was not subject to a 9-5 only deal. The best, though, was how you provided me with a means to collect rent on the home while the home was in the short-sell process. I actually made $740 total throughout the entire process. Amazing. | Mr. Hanley was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very patient in answering questions and was always available. We knew very little about the home buying process and he endured our constant badgering with great grace! Working through buying a home, we got the impression Bob was much more interested in finding us a suitable home than making a sale. He was never pushy and encouraged us to take time to make our decision. He was very knowledgeable about real estate in general and realistic an his time-lines. When we were in a moving transition, Bob also helped us secure temporary storage, a service he was in now way reimbursed for.
