Hello, I am a Real Esate Investor and purchasing agent for other Investors that I network with.

I have been in residential construction since the age of 15. My last venture in the building trades was a 10 year run with my own residential contracting business in Connecticut. I have always been aware of the Real Estate market and how lucrative investing can be.

When the economic decline hit and removed my ability to make a living with my Contracting business I went to work learning how to get involved in RE investing which had always been an intimidating prospect.

I learned quickly that it's what you don't know that can hurt you. The intimidation left as a clear picture of what, how, and what to avoid, came into view.

I am always looking for more Investors, Realtors, Brokers, and Bank Asset Managers to Network with.
