My business has always been based on one philosophy, treat others the way I myself want to be treated. With that philosophy, I have maintained a 75-85% referral-based business - with a big thanks to all those wonderful clients who have trusted me to assist them and thoughtfully passed my name along to others they thought would benefit from my services.
I want to be as successful as the next guy. What sets me apart? Everything I do, I do with my clients' best interests in mind. It may sometimes mean parting with a good contract, but if it's not in the best interest of my client, then that's how it has to be. I'm in it for the long haul, and I am building relationships for life. I want those same clients I have been working with for the past 6+ years to continue calling me whenever they're ready to buy and/or sell.
