John and Renee have been in the Real Estate Industry for approximately 20 years. We want to apply our combined experience and education to assist you with site evaluation and listing of properties. We have the skills necessary to provide you with first class service.
Renee was recognized by her peers in 2007 as San Benito County Realtor of the Year. Both Renee and John are committed to providing excellent service to their clients and peers. Our strong work ethic has allowed us to do business by referral and have continued success.
We are familiar with broker price opinions, site assessments, evictions, and cash for keys. We know time is of the essence and have systems in place to meet your needs.
Renee is currently the President of the San Benito County Association of Realtors. This allows John and Renee to keep their clients on the cutting edge of California Real Estate. From new forms required to laws which can affect property rights.
Both John and Renee believe in education. They are EcoBroker certified and John has recently obtained his e-pro certification. In addition we believe in giving back to our local Community. Renee sits on the Board of Directors for Community Services Development Corporation which focuses on affordable housing. John has been involved with donating time for local youth programs.
Both of us have a BS in Business Administration. John received his from California State University Chico in 1984 . Renee received her BS in Business Administration from University of Arizona in 1986 with a Triple major in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate.
John and Renee live in San Benito County with our two children, Alex and Sydney. We have been married for 18 years.

Upon the initial takeover we will make an assessment of the property. We will document the overall needs of the property; schedule any recommended or required services. Provide property condition reports.
Evictions: Complete eviction services, work with attorney and municipalities, remove all personal property and debris, cash for keys.
Asset Management: Winterization, Security, Board-up/Lock and Secure Services, Lawn care, general property maintenance.
Appraisals / BPO / Listing and Selling: Brokers opinions with listing and sold comparables. List, Market and sell property. We will handle all the showings and all of the paperwork.
Occupied Asset Management: Collection of Rents, Leasing, Maintenance, Tenant Relations, Rehab, Unit Turnover, Capital Improvements.
