My name is Brian Jackson and I am an independent Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker licensed through the CA BRE and NMLS.  I have been licensed as a real estate broker and worked in mortgage lending for nearly 15 years.  I pride myself on my work ethic derived from serving in the USMC and looking after my client's best interest (sometimes to my detriment).  I say "to my detriment" because I am not the type of Realtor that tells a client what "they" want to hear and I am not a "yes" man.  Some agents are fast to OVER-PROMISE and UNDER-DELIVER by not getting the job done, but i'm the opposite. I give my honest assessments and input which is essentially Under-Promising.  But then I like to over-deliver and exceed expectations in my actions and outcomes...AND GET THE JOB DONE!
