But experience is another: After 30 years of success as owner of Remington's Seafood Grill in far north Dallas, I have been focusing on the real estate business for the past 10 years. My son manages our restaurant and I work full time as a provider of real estate services to buyers and seller in the north Dallas suburbs.
What I do best is and how my clients view me is as follows. Within the world of realty, I am an analyst, a communicator, a counselor, a negotiator and an advocate. As the process moves along I gain another friend! My specialty is residential real estate in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Carrollton and Prosper Texas.
Memberships include the Collin County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the North Texas Real Estate Information System.

Okay. I buy and sell homes to make money. But the reason I love this work and do it full time is because I enjoy meeting people, developing friendships as well as constantly updating myself on the ever changing world of real estate. My thirst for knowledge is substantially quenched by the the real estate courses that are available at Collin County Association of Realtors and of course on-line curricula.
My job is easy as long as I work hard and smart, focusing on the needs of my clients. No gimmicks, quick sells, freebies or BS...just providing as much knowledge and statistics as I can to buyers and sellers. I might add that my business background has made me a tough negotiator.
We strongly believe in and practice the Code of Ethics as promulgated by the Texas Association of Realtors. Key codes include honesty, disclosure, diligence, obedience to rules and regulations and confidentiality.
